Industrial training is an amalgamation of theoretical training imparted through ITIs and practical training imparted through the Industry. JSW MI Steel endeavors to provide learning opportunities to the young and bright minds of our society through its training programs. We believe in giving back to society and there is a strong belief in quality education and training being the most important tool for development.

With this aim, we have initiated an industrial training program for ITI students & other technical college students. Currently, 50+ students from different trades of ITI college, Rajgurunagar are availing this training initiative at our Pune plant location. The main objective of this training program is to learn & apply technical knowledge in real industrial situations as well as familiarize the students with various materials, processes, products and their applications along with relevant aspects of the manufacturing industry.
